Yes! It's Mother War from The Black Parade's album cover (I just changed her hair)! I just was looking at the cover and decided to draw it, and it's my best art yet:dance:, although the bottom half of the dress could be better...

That's there because of those people who steal art. I reported someone's pic just now coz it was exactly the same as another one I saw that was submitted long ago, you'll find it in my favourites (the original one). and thanks for the :+fav:
